21 days of gentle guidance with 4 live-virtual weekly sessions

Each 2-hour live-virtual session is an experiential journey focused on

four aspects of your life experience that cover the following areas

Post-program Private Mentoring Session

1-hour private session scheduled after the 4-week program to discuss your individual needs moving forward.

Emails

You will receive a daily email with tips, reminders, recordings, and documents to support you on your 21-day journey. The emails also serve as a platform for group or private communication during the program.

How much time is does this program require?

  • I will send you daily emails with guidance, recordings and links for you to review and experience at the best time of day for you. You can spend as much or as little time as you have available each day. Once a week, we will meet as a group for a 2-hour live-virtual session. It is ideal to devote some time to yourself each the 21 days of the program, to apply the methods and absorb the material. Your best results will occur when you keep your schedule realistic for you :-)

What if I can’t attend all the live-virtual sessions?

  • The live-virtual sessions will be recorded and made available to view at any time.

How do I ask questions outside of the live-virtual sessions during the program?

  • I am available to answer your questions all through the program. You can reply to the daily group emails you will receive or email me at denise@balanceandbliss.com for any specific questions that you would like to discuss privately.
